Oppo Reno6, 6 Pro and 6 Pro+ come with 90Hz display, 65W charging
Both Pro variants feature very identical specifications. Except for cameras and chipsets with Pro variants use Dimenisty 1200 SoC while Pro + di variant is equipped with Snapdragon 870 instead.
The latest Oppo Reno 6 features a flat 6.4-inch display with a refresh rate of 90Hz and FHD+ resolution. The phone has a flat frame for a more boxy look compared to the Pro model. There's a 64MP main camera on the back, alongside an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro camera. The selfie camera comes at 32MP.
The battery capacity is 4,300 mAh and is charged quickly with fast 65W charging.
Reno from Oppo continues to grow
It will sell for CNY 2,799 ($440) in the 8/128GB variant. The 12/256GB model will go on sale for CNY 3,199 ($500). The first sale in China is scheduled for June 11.
Oppo Reno6 Pro and Reno6 Pro +
Reno6 Pro and Pro+ are almost identical although the camera settings are very different. You get Sony's 50MP IMX 766 as the main part lens on the Pro+ which is the same sensor used on the Find X3 Pro. Accompanying it are a 16MP ultrawide lens as well as a 13MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom and sensors for a 2MP macro camera to top it all off.
Oppo Reno6 Pro chooses a 64MP main camera, supported by ultrawide 8MP photo capture and two 2MP modules for macro shooting and depth data. Oppo teamed up with makeup expert Bobbi Brown and offered a special filter that applied a natural-looking makeup filter on the spot.
With the Pro, you also get the MTK Dimensity 1200 chipset here instead of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 that supports the Pro+ variant.
Other specifications in share with a 6.55-inch curved AMOLED screen that has a refresh rate of 90Hz. The batteries on both come at 4,500 mAh and also charge up to 65W speeds. Both devices use Oppo's ColorOS 11.3 interface over Android 11.
The Reno 6 Pro will go on sale for CNY 3,499 ($549) in the 8/128GB variant while the 12/256GB version will go on sale at CNY 3,799 ($595).
The Pro+ starts at CNY 3,999 ($627) for the 8/128GB model and cny 4,499 ($705) for the 12/256GB model. The first sales for the reno6 Pro and reno6 pro+ are scheduled for June 5.
